Limits
Genin- Genin are only allowed 10 Jutsu and 5 Kido just to start off with( a total of 15 all together)

High Genin- witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 20 all together)

Chuunin- witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 25 all together)

Special Jounin-witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 30 all together)

Kage/Commander-witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 50 all together)

Plus bonus
Bonus- missions get a bonus depending on mission, each mission rank get +5 extra Jutsu or Kido
(S rank total is 15 extra)(no bonus to the ones above)

Jounin-witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 35 all together)

Anbu-/Lieutenant- witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 40 all together)

Sannin/Captain-witch ever one you prefer to get Jutsu or Kido ( a total of 45 all together)

You can save and get more later, you don't have to get all Jutsu or Kido's at once

Rank E: Academy Student level jutsus. These are the most basic jutsus a ninja can have. Rank D: Genin level jutsus. More powerful than rank E jutsus. Rank C: Chuunin level jutsus. More powerful than rank D, this jutsus cost more chakra also. Rank B: Jounin level jutsus. Here the true power begins. These are very powerful jutsus. Rank A: Saanin level jutsus. Extremely powerful and with a great chakra cost, this jutsus are usually used to put an end to any battle. Jounins also have a couple of these techniques, although they only use them in more extreme situations. Rank S: Kage level or forbidden jutsus. These are the most powerful jutsus there are, usually secret weapons or forbidden techniques. Even Kages have difficulty using these, due to their danger level and chakra cost. ----same for Spiritual Pressure for Kido's-----
